This is a quick review
There were times when dragons ruled the World. Those were times when a trifle of people coexisted peacefully with dragons. However, people had started to gather in tribes, to be lead by chiefs, thus posing a threat to dragons. Now power and strengths of one dragon wasn't enough to defeat one tribe. Very often when a tribe attacked a dragon, they came out the winners. So very soon humankind population had risen greatly. Nevertheless, dragons and people lived freely without impeding each other much. One day people discovered the source of energy unknown before. With the course of time they learned how to use it. It was giving the magic power. During the Worlds Chiefs Gathering the decision was made to exterminate all the dragons with the help of this power, so that they could alone own the Earth. Having learned the treacherous plans of people, dragons decided to send out the best warrior dragons. By demolishing the main source of energy they could safe their lives. You control one of these fearless dragons. Your main aim is to fly as far as the main source and demolish it. The main problem is the net that is following you, if you get closer, you're trapped. Besides the net, there are many other obstacles on your way. But different bonuses could help you.

Dragon Game Premium is an arcade game from FreeGamesWay.com. The game features a surprisingly long story for a casual game. Seems that the world is ruled by dragons, but the humans have decided to eliminate them with some sort of magic power. You, as a warrior dragon, must get to the source of this power and destroy it.
Weirdly enough, you are being chased by a "net" that looks more like a group of spikes. So your only choice is to fly forward (or right from your point of view). You have 4 basic directional controls and one fire control. You can fly anywhere in the screen, which automatically scrolls to the right. Besides avoiding the chasing spikes, you must avoid other obstacles, such as giant archers with wings, parachutes, and balloons. These archers are as big as the dragon itself and as tall as erupting volcanoes in the background. There is really not much to the game: you must blast your obstacles or avoid them. This might not be that bad if it seemed that the game had more lines of code than the background story. The graphics are poor, the hit-boxes are wrong and the sounds are bad. This game might be free, but you will feel like you seriously wasted some time with it. |
